Terms of Service

Welcome to littleclaw. By downloading, accessing, or using the littleclaw app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern your use of littleclaw on iOS. We provide an SSH client and worktree management tool for AI coding agents. You must agree to these terms to use the Application.

2. User Responsibilities

You are entirely responsible for the code generated or executed by AI agents via littleclaw on your remote machines. littleclaw acts strictly as a secure transport layer and isolated execution environment manager. We assume zero liability for accidental deletions, security breaches on your host machines, or AI-generated bugs.

3. Privacy & Security

Your SSH keys never leave your device. They are stored securely in the iOS Secure Enclave / Keychain. We do not track, log, or proxy your code execution commands. Analytics are strictly opt-in via standard Apple mechanisms.

4. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via app updates.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

littleclaw offers an optional littleclaw Pro subscription with the following plans:

• Monthly: $6.99 / month
• Annual: $49.99 / year (save ~40%)

Free Trial: Both plans include a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the applicable plan price.

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time in iOS Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial refunds are issued for unused time.

Pricing: Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by region due to local taxes, currency conversion, and App Store pricing tiers. The price shown at the time of purchase is the price you will be charged.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, littleclaw's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Application shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

In no event shall littleclaw be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stuttgart, Germany, unless mandatory EU consumer protection laws in your country of residence grant you additional rights or an alternative forum.
